-Lasting, marbleized cremè.
-Light aroma; it's in the espresso!
-Good body; it feels thick in your mouth.
-Complex flavor as it passes your palate.
-Long lasting slightly bittersweet finish with little or no astringency.
Preparation:
-Perfect grind.
-Good tamp pressure: about 30 lbs.
-Correct portion coffee: 1/4 oz.
-1.5 oz of brewing time: 22 to 27 seconds.

-Finish is distasteful and bitter.

-Grind too fine.
-Tamp pressure too hard.
-Too much coffee.
